ABOUT: Optimus Primal reads from the Covenant of Primus, an ancient book from the age of the Autobots and Decepticons. This book is so precious, only two copies are known to exist, and one was on the Ark. Rattrap thinks the book relies too much on prophesy, but Optimus counters by saying that everything in the book has come true so far. Rhinox agrees, stating that this is the last chance to end the Beast Wars.   The Covenant of Primus has been described by some as a "plot device", and to a degree it is. It is the first definite indication fans are given that the Beast Wars were meant to be a part of Transformers history. However, the book is written with enough "flowery language" that it can be interpreted and reinterpreted, much like classic myths in literature today.

EVER SINCE I HEARD A PART OF THE COVENANT OF PRIMUS IN THE EPISODES NEMESIS PART 1 AND 2 I'VE BEEN TRYING TO COME UP WITH THE REST OF IT. ALTHOUGH I'M SQUEEZING MY MIND I DOUBT I CAN DO IT ON MY OWN. SO I CAME WITH THE IDEA : EACH ONE OF US WRITES A PART AND THEN AN OTHER ONE COMES UP WITH THE NEXT CHAPTER, UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED DUE TO TEAM WORK. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF IT ? 	The Covenant Of Primus (datatrack 7.0.1) The War Of The Beasts [bw.ep1/part 1] At The Dawn Of Time, In The Cold Darkness Of Space, There Was A Flash Of Light. From A World Far Away, Two Mighty Battlewagons Appeared, And Silence Was No More. A Furious Fight Took Place, As The Battlewagons Clashed Facing One Another With Burning Flames And Raging Sounds. In The Mist Of The Chaos, The Two Battlewagons Fell From The Sky On An Ancient World, It's Secrets Were Not Yet To Be Revealed. The Two Battlewagons Found Themselves Lying Injured On The Surface Of This Ancient World, One On A Burning Pit Of Fire And The Other On Top Of A Cliff, Surrounded By Sparkling Streams Of Water. Although It Appeared To Be The End, It Was Only The Beginning, As Mighty Beasts Arose From The Broken Plates Of Iron. The Tyrannos, Led By The Lizard King, Were Consumed With Fury And Evil, Determined To Enslave Everything In Their Path, And The Noble Beasts Known As Knights Of The Light, Led By A Noble Ape, Descendant Of A Great Warrior, Were Lovers Of Piece And Bound To Protect The Freedom Of All Sentient Beings. All Pawns Were In Place, As This Ancient Blue World Was About To Be Shocked By The Clash Of The Forces Of Good And Evil. The War Of The Beasts Was About To Begin.   Among The Knights There Was A Young Warrior Wearing An Armour Made Of Gold, With The Ability To Run Faster Than The Wind Itself And A Heart Bold Enough To Face Any Evil. But As Young As He Was, He Was Naive. Thrilled And Enchanted By The Beauty Of The Blue World He Was Standing On, The Young Spark Desired To Leave The Other Knights And See More Of The Undiscovered Realm. And The Noble Ape, Whose Strength Was Surpassed Only By The Wisdom Of His Spark, Instructed The Young Warrior To Stay With Him, For They Did Not Know Of What Danger May Be Lying Ahead. Above All He Was Prime. But The Young Warrior Would Not Listen, And So He Set Off To Fill His Eyes With More Images Of The Mysterious Land. Not Long Did It Take, Before The Shadow Of Terror Was Cast Upon Him. The Face Of Danger Was In The Air. But The Warrior Would Not Cower Before The Danger And Rushed Into Battle Alone. In The Distant, The Rest Of The Knights Saw The Smoke Of The Battle Rise, And So They Rushed To Rescue Their Companion. Destiny Was Being Fulfilled, As The Knights Faced The Entire Army Of The Tyrannos Waiting For Them. The Earth Itself Froze Out Of Fear In The Sight Of The Dark Army, Who Seemed To Have Come Out Of The Darkest Pits Of The Eternal Abyss. Despite The Astonishing Sight Lied Before Him, The Noble Ape Tried To Give Piece A Chance. But The Lizard King, Whose Evil Madness Could Make A Spark Extinguish In Agony Was Determined For Conquest And Destruction, And So He Ordered His Army To Terrorize The Land. It Was Clear To The Knights, That The Echoes Of The Great War Long Forgotten Had Vanished All Hope Of Preserving Piece, Then War Was Upon Them. The Very World As It Was Known By All Life Was Transformed, As Both Armies Revealed Their True Form. The Beast Became The Machine. The Lizard King, Carrying The Name Of The Dark Warlord Who Made The Universe Coward Before Him Eons Ago Cried To His Black Hearted Troops To Show No Mercy. And So The Battle Raged Between The Two Armies And No Side Seemed To Win. But The Knights, Despite The Strength Of Their Sparks Were Outnumbered And Would Not Last For Long. It Was A Moment To Be Remembered In Agony, As The Young Knight With The Golden Armour Was Trapped, Facing Certain Journey To The Allspark. Seeing The Danger, The Leader Of The Knights Ordered One Of His Warriors , A Small But Very Cunning One To Come To The Rescue Of Their Comrade. But The Rodent Was Less Than Willing To Fight, For He Saw Himself More As An Explorer Than A Fighter, Therefore He Questioned His Leaders Bravery. His Spark Was Not Prepared. Having No Choice, the Leader Of The Knights Came Himself To The Rescue By Flying High In The Sky Like A Falcon To Reach His Friend, But He Was Injured By A Breath Of Fire Coming From The Terrifying Jaws Of The Lizard King. In This Dark Moment There Was A Giant But Gentle Being Among The Ranks Of The Knights Who Brought The Rodent Up To His Senses And Together They Managed To Keep The Evil Lord Away From Their Brothers In Arms. Primus Was At The Side Of The Knights That Day, Since They Managed To Retreat To Their Castle. Just As The Tyrannos Were About To Destroy Them, A Strange But Powerful Wave Of Energy Shocked Their Bodies. To Escape The Pain, The Tyrannos Returned To Be The Beast Again, As Flesh Was Impervious To That Energy. But Primus Also Had Other Pawns To Place On The Board Of Fate. Among The Dark Ranks Of The Tyrannos There Was a Different Spark, Whose Purpose Was To Serve An Ideal, And Desire Was To Live And Die With Honour. And The Spark's Path Was Soon To Be Crossed With The Ones Of The Knights, As He Would Face Their Leader On The Pit Of Doom.
	The Covenant Of Primus (datatrack 7.6.0.2) The War Of The Beasts 2 [bw.ep2/part 2] He Stared At Them In The Same Way The Predator Observes It's Prey Before It Devastates It. His Piercing Eyes Sliced Through Their Very Sparks. But The Hunt Was Of No Interest To Him At The Time. All That Mattered Was The Challenge. Above The Pit Of Doom He Challenged The Ape For Leadership. Once The Challenge Was Accepted, The Two Warriors Drew Swords. The Knights Looked In Horror, As The Fight Was Taking Place. The Ape Brought The Raptor Down, And So It Was Believed That The Duel Was Over. The Raptor Asked The Ape To Finish Him Off, But The Ape, As Noble As He Was, Refused And Offered A Hand Of Friendship. But The Raptor Denied It, And He Tossed An Arrow Of Light Right Into The Ape's Eyes. The Ape Saw His Demise Coming As He Lost His Balance And Was About To Fall. Then The Raptor Held Him And Brought Him Up To His Feet. His Code Of Honour Urged Him To Finish The Battle In A Proper Way. Only Then Would He Earn The Right To Lead. And So The Fight Went On. The Knights However Would Have More Things To Concern About, Because The Tyrannos Were Watching The Sight As Well. They Fired On The Duelists With All Their Projectiles, Wanting To Destroy Both The Enemy And The Traitor. The Ape Managed To Dodge Their Blasts And Saved The Raptors Life. Having Met No Target, The Projectiles Continued Their Course Until They Fell On The Land. It Was Then , And To The Surprise Of Both Armies, That The Mountain Of Light Was Revealed.   Glazing And Magnificent, It Was There. The Ultimate Power To Change The Balance Between Good And Evil. The Tyrannos Knew Exactly What They Could Accomplish With That Power And So They Left The Stunned Knights And Began Marching Towards It. The Lizard King's Hunger For Power Was Beyond Measure And The Mountain Of Light Became The Sole Purpose Of His Existence, For It Would Offer Him Everything The Allspark Had Created. As For The Knights, After Recovering From The Battle Been Done They Felt The Stakes Were High And There Was No Time To Loose. But They Had A Powerful Ally Or A Deadly Enemy To Choose. The Raptor's Honour Was Proved, But His Motives Were Still Unclear, His Skills Were Commendable But About His Spark There Was Great Fear. The Rodent Suggested The Knights Should Get Ridden Of Him As They Had The Chance. But A Bond Was Forged Between The Raptor And The Ape, One That Could Not Be Broken. As So The Prime Leader Ordered That They Would March Together To The Mountain Of Light To Face The Tyrannos, For This Battle Held The Key To The Universal Balance, Salvation Or Destruction. And So They Went On. Through The Great Mystic Path They Were All United Through Danger And Befriended Out Of Necessity And Together They Stood Against The Tyrannos Plots And Traps Been Put In Place. And So As It Was Foretold By Primus, Not Long Did It Take For The Beasts To Face Each Other At The Top Of The World, And A Battle Began The World Had Never Seen. Face To Face, Tooth To Claw Both Armies Gave Their All. Both Injured Heavily The Lizard King And The Ape Dueled Nearly To The Death. But The Prime Leader Managed To Trap The Tyrant And Gave Him A Chance To Surrender. But The Tyrant Was Mad And Decided To Destroy Everyone If He Could Not Hold The Power To All In His Grasp. He Tossed A Flaming Burst Towards The Ape To Kill Him, And It Was Certain That He Would Die, But The Raptor Came Between Them And Managed To Change Its Course. And So The Burst Fell On The Lightning Veins Of The Mountain Which Started To Burst With Fury Coming Close To Erupt. The Lizard King Lost Consciousness And Fell On The Ground His Troops Scattered And The Knights Knew They Had To Run To Safety Fast. The Mountain Erupted Like A Raging Volcano Leading The Lizard King Into Oblivion Or So It Seemed. The Knights Managed To Come To Safety At Time, And So They Watched The Events Taking Place From A Distance.   The Raptors Honour And The Knights Fighting Skills Were Once Again Tested And Proved On The Battlefield. There Was Great Joy The Tyrannos Were Defeated And Hope The Knights Could Return Home. But The Ape Knew What They Had Faced Was Only The Beginning. The War Of The Beasts Was To Carry On. The End ?
	The Covenant Of Primus (datatrack 7.6.0.4) The Band Of Brothers In The Future's Past, As The World Known Today Began To Shape Itself, There Was A War Of Destiny. The Noble Knights Fought To Keep The Balance While The Tyrannos Sought To Destroy It. And The Spirit Of The Knights Would Be Tested Time And Again, As The Tyrannos Used All Their Cunningness To Overcome Them. The War Of The Beasts Simply Raged On, As More Warriors Fell From The Sky And Their Spark Was Ignited. And It Was Many Times That Conflicts Broke Between The Knights, As For What Needed To Be Done. But It Was Through Battles And Experience And Strength Of Heart That Maturity Was Achieved. In Blindness Together They Saw The Light, In Anger Together They Found Harmony, In Foolishness Together They Found Wisdom And In Competition Together They Called Each Other A Friend And A Brother. And So The War Would Continue, Until A Third Key Player Was Put On The Plate. The Blue World They Were On Had Many Secrets Still To Be Revealed, And A Monstrous Form Waiting In The Dark, Whose Black Heart Was Not Pleased By The Events Unfolding In What Was To Be Its Domain.
